The molding machine is made in China and uses Japanese technology. The machine is equipped with the world's advanced airflow sand filling system, which feeds the casting sand into the upper and lower mold boxes, squeezes the sand mold through the hydraulic system, and forms the same casting shape as the mold box after demolding. Then, the mold moves to the secondary molding line, and the molten high-temperature ferroalloy is poured into the mold to form the casting. Next, in the automated and unmanned production process, the mold is cooled, then opened, and the finished casting is separated from the mold.
